Randy Cagan

Randy began his recruiting career with FPC Raleigh in 1986 and now serves as company President.   His background includes extensive sales and marketing experience within the industries he serves.  Randy has a BA as well as an MBA and in 1998 received his CPC Certification from the National Association of Personnel Services.

Dave Singer CPC

Dave Singer established the Supply Chain Management and Purchasing practice at FPC of Raleigh in 1990. During his tenure he has consistently been one of the top Supply Chain recruiters and has helped the Raleigh office achieve the #1 ranking in the FPC network. He is an active member of the NAPM, NCEITA, and CED, and also holds the CPC designation, which is the highest-level of national certification in the search industry. Dave is a graduate of Wilkes University
For the past 20 years he has consulted with companies to benchmark their procurement structures and assisted with salary surveys in Purchasing Magazine. Dave has developed a niche assisting multiple Fortune 500 companies build their centrally lead strategic sourcing organizations.

Brent Bogart

Brent Bogart began his professional career with IBM’s procurement group. Upon relocation to Raleigh, NC, he moved in to a Materials Management leadership capacity with a contract manufacturing organization, and ultimately into an Operations Management capacity with a local fabrication company. He holds a BS from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and holds a CPIM certification through APICS, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Brent is a specialist in the recruitment for Supply Chain professionals. With a heavy focus on the “Operations” end of the Supply Chain, Brent works closely with Production Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP – SIOP) professionals across industries.

Joanne Gehas

Robert M. Golian

Bob joined FPC Raleigh in October 2010 after a very successful career as a Human Resources Executive in a wide range of industries both domestic and global. He will be drawing on this extensive experience specializing his placement practice in the areas of senior finance & accounting and human resources/human capital management.

Most recently, Bob was Vice President, Human Resources for Nestle HealthCare Nutrition North America (formerly Novartis Medical Nutrition) where he was a key strategic partner to the CEO in refocusing the HR function and recruiting key executives in support of a new strategic direction for the Medical Nutrition business building a cohesive team to execute a total business turnaround. Prior joining Novartis Medical Nutrition, Bob was Senior Director, Human Resources for North America with Qualex, Inc., a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company. Bob helped grow the one-hour photo finishing business into a market leading national network of centrally directed, strategically focused, enterprises. Before joining Qualex, Bob was the Director, HR, US Operations for GKN Automotive, a global, tier one, automotive parts manufacturing and engineering company. Bob's early career experience includes assignments in staffing, human resource management, organization development, manufacturing management, and total quality management with Memorex Telex Corporation.

Cindy Hicks

Cindy began her career as a Procurement and Supply Chain Recruiter with FPC . As a nationally recognized expert, she was a regular contributor to Purchasing magazine and consultant to many Fortune 500 companies procurement organizations. She joined Corning Inc as a Senior Recruiter in their Purchasing and Transportation Dept, recruiting many top notch purchasing experts who are still there today. Cindy then entered the fast paced world of RPO Staffing, supporting multiple companies including Verizon, Walmart, Hitachi Data Systems, Dow Corning and Westinghouse to name a few. Her experience evolved to include recruitment of Technical, Engineering,Operations and Corporate Governance professionals.
Cindy has returned to FPC and her executive search firm roots with an emphasis within the Chemical industry. She will be recruiting for mid to executive level talent within all functional areas in the Chemical, Spec Chem, Plastics and Ceramics industries. Lori O'Toole

Lori O'Toole joined FPC Raleigh in October 2012 after a long and successful career as an Attorney and Human Resource Executive with companies in the manufacturing, services and financial sectors. Most ecently, Lori was the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union, where she was a member of the Strategic Management Team.
